We will provide you with exceptional periodontal care along with outstanding patient service! Appointments? We respect your schedule and all our staff will try to see you at your appointed time. We believe strongly in the value of your time and will do our best to keep you from having to wait. We would appreciate it if you would extend us the same courtesy and if you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Contact with your general dentist? We will communicate with your general dentist to coordinate your overall dental care. We believe that in order to obtain optimum dental care it is critical to always be in touch with your general dentist. Dental insurance? If you have dental coverage please understand that your dental insurance is ultimately an agreement between you and your insurance company. We will handle and file all the paperwork for you in order to obtain for you the maximum benefits available. You can bring along a completed insurance form with you on your first visit. Please speak to our insurance specialist, Joanne, for any questions that you might have. Fees & payments? We accept most credit cards and the special dental credit card CareCredit. All financial arrangements will be discussed with you at your first visit. Every effort is being made to keep down the cost of dental care. You can help by making payment at the time of your visit. If treatment will require several visits, you will be given a fee and asked to make definite financial arrangements with a member of our staff.
